Who is eligible?
Eligible veterans and their spouses will receive priority for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Services. Follow the steps on the WIOA Program page and notify the screener you are a veteran or eligible spouse to expedite services.
eBenefits is a joint VA and Department of Defense (DoD) web portal that provides resources and self-service capabilities to veterans, transitioning service members, and their families to research, access and manage their VA and military benefits and personal information.

Through the Troops to TrucksSM program, DMV is making it easier for personnel trained by the military in the operation of heavy vehicles to obtain civilian commercial driver's licenses (CDL). A commercial driver's license is required in Virginia to operate large trucks and buses.
